It all started when I absolutely hated someone's email copy and I didn't want to be mean about it so I suggested we AB test it with another version.
Low and behold, I realized it was just a passive-aggressive way of telling them their copy was terrible...
Now, I just document the workplace's most commonly used terms (in marketing and sales) and uncover the true meaning of that word
