Customer Success Story (Case Study)

Grouping customer success story and case study into one item because they are usually synonymous with each other from a marketing and sales perspective. A case study is an in-depth analysis of a customer finding success using said product in the form of a 2-pager, ebook, or webinar consisting of made-up quotes to inspire prospects in hopes to obtain this unreachable success. Customers rarely write their own stories as they are written by the marketing team of the product, and then grudgingly approved by the customer.
